Description : INVITATION TO BID
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SANTO TOMAS, through the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/ contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid FOR the hereunder projects through the Municipal Funds 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SANTO TOMAS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project in accordance with the provisions of the Revised IRR of RA 9184. Delivery of the Goods is required 10 Days from the date receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed at least one (1) contract that is equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
