The service provider is responsible for that the quality of the service and products is up-to-date and competitive. The contract period begins when it is signed. The signing of the contract starts the takeover phase, which must start immediately after signing the contract. Services according to the contract continue for 36 months (fixed-term contract period) from the moment the takeover phase is accepted by the Customer. The entry into force of the agreement requires the signature of both Contracting Parties. After the fixed-term contract period, the Contract continues until further notice valid with a notice period of 12 months. The intended start date of the fixed-term contract period is February 1, 2027. MANDATORY ACQUISITION OF THE SUBSCRIBER'S OWN TEXTILES: The textiles used by the real estate services are currently the property of the Subscriber. Subscriber decides whether real estate services will continue to use own Textiles in the future, or whether the service will be added to the scope of rental textiles. The condition for submitting an offer is that the Offeror has familiarized himself with the Orderer's own collection of work clothes and ascertained the work clothes suitability for its washing process before submitting a bid.
