1. Description:
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is seeking information from interested sources capable of providing portable restroom trailers (porta potties) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The specific acquisition strategy has not yet been finalized. Interested parties are encouraged to review the attached draft SOW, which outlines the details of the requirement.
2. Requirements:
The Government has determined that these services qualify as commercial items, as defined in FAR 2.101. If solicited, it is anticipated that this requirement will fall under NAICS code 562991, which has a size standard of $9M, and a Product/Service Code (PSC) of W085.
Interested parties shall submit responses to this SSN. Responses should reference the SSN and shall include the following information in this format:
1. Company name, address, Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address.
2. Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and Unique Entity ID.
3. Business size under NAICS 562991.
4. Capability statement addressing aptitude to be able to provide the services as prescribed in the draft SOW, in addition to any information that demonstrates the ability to meet the requirements in the SOW.
5. The supplies as outlined in the draft SOW shall be delivered to Naval Station Norfolk and be allowed to ship to New York, NY then back to Norfolk, VA.
