Description : 1. The Philippine Coast Guard − National Headquarters and Headquarters Service Support Group, through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act - MOOE, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Pesos (Php 5, 274, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), for the Rental Services of Multi-Function Printer (MFP) for Various Offices, with Bid Reference No. NHQHSSG-BAC 004-2026 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Coast Guard − National Headquarters and Headquarters Service Support Group now invites bids for the Rental Services of Multi-Function Printer (MFP) for Various Offices, including warranty and technical support. Delivery and installation must be completed within Thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of bid submission, at least one (1) contract similar to the Project.
