Products or services: Servers 1. The Aconcagua Health Service requires the Server Rental Service with a purchase commitment to be contracted through a 36-month supply agreement. It will also be used to virtualize other servers that are necessary for the Aconcagua Health Service Directorate. 2. Purchase Request NO13 dated 06/03/2026, Party Office NO309 dated 06/05/2026 (Internal NO311), submitted by the applicant of the ICT Sorpote Unit, was duly approved and authorized by the Head of the ICT Support Unit, the Deputy Director of Physical and Financial Resources and the Head of the Finance Department, who support the Contracting. 3. That, in compliance with current regulations on public purchases, the Electronic Catalog of the Framework Agreement, Circular Economy and it was found that the required product(s) and/or service(s) are not available in said catalogue. 4. That, according to what is established in the regulations, the State administration agencies They must award the contracts concluded for the acquisition of product(s) or contracting of service(s) through public bidding, when the Framework Agreement mechanism is not appropriate, or, exceptionally, through public bidding, treatment direct or other special contracting procedure; 5.
