A recycling station is a waste collection point where residents can deliver most types of waste, with the exception of wet organic waste. The competition applies for the areas of Bjerka and Finneidfjord in Hemnes municipality. The competition only covers the rental of land and infrastructure. The tenderer must prepare the site and erect the necessary buildings in accordance with the tender basis with attachments, while HAF will operate the recycling station. At the time of entering into the contract, lack of necessary infrastructure. The lessor undertakes through the contract to establish the infrastructure in accordance with the requirements specification (appendix 1) and the implementation plan (appendix 3) within a contractual deadline. The rental period for HAF only starts upon approved handover of the finished product infrastructure.
