Rental purchase of queue management terminals A complex lease of the queue management system is being purchased, which meets the requirements of Annex I of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) of the European Parliament and the Council, which consists of: 1. State social rental of queue management terminals/micro-terminals with the necessary hardware and software in the reception desks of the Customer Service Departments of insurance fund administration institutions; 2. Installation, configuration, and connection of the equipment into a stable functioning unit system, services and Equipment maintenance services; 3. Implementation of pre-registration and centralized data management in the Fund Board; 4. The queue management system must provide statistical information (including automatically sent reports) queue modeling and remote monitoring functions.
