Rental of multi-function copiers and printers for municipal administration General presentation This contract aims to establish a new rental contract with maintenance and supply of consumables for a certain number of MFPs (multiple function printer) A3 color, A4 MFP and simple B&W printers. More precisely, the City wishes to rent, for all municipal services (excluding municipal education) and for a period of 48 months: 34 A3 copiers 32 A4 copiers 13 printers. Concerning A3 copiers, given their widespread use by services, the offers must relate to new and standardized equipment. Concerning A4 copiers, for the sake of budgetary savings, offers must relate to used equipment (or reconditioned, financially amortized), standardized (same consumables), but whose remaining lifespan can cover the duration of the market (48 months), taking into account the estimated quantities. In this case, the City is interested in offers with a rental free of charge and with only one price per B&W and color click respectively. Concerning B&W printers, the offers must relate to new and standardized equipment. The proposed price will include installation and connection to the network. City IT of all equipment.
