1. The Local Government Unit of Jimenez, Misamis Occidental thru its General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only ( Php. 350, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rental of Lights, Sound System and Led Wall during Binibining Jimenez Pageant Night, Rave Party and Live Band. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Jimenez now invites bids for Rental of Lights, Sound System and Led Wall during Binibining Jimenez Pageant Night, Rave Party and Live Band. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
