*The supplier must provide a complete light, sound, and 2 LED wall system, including a dedicated setup for a 20-person choir, suitable for a university graduation ceremony in an indoor gymnasium with at least 1, 200 attendees.
*The choir will only perform during the opening doxology and the national anthem.
*All equipment must be professionally installed, tested, and operated by qualified technicians.
*Supplier must provide technical support and standby crew throughout the event.
