This consultation concerns the rental (without purchase option), installation, maintenance and operation of a 4G/4G+ geolocation system allowing real-time monitoring of vehicles in the Community of Alès Agglomération to improve the management of its fleet, as well as the training of agents in this tool. This contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 50, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. It is concluded for a initial duration of one year from the date of receipt of the first purchase order. it is expressly renewable 3 times per period of one year, without its maximum duration, all periods combined, exceeding four years. In the event that the threshold maximum of the framework agreement is reached during the year of execution of the contract, that is to say before the end of the contractually determined period, it may be expressly renewed in advance. No variations accepted. Award criteria: The most economically advantageous offer assessed according to the criteria set out in the specifications (Consultation Regulations). Market financing: own funds of the Alès Agglomération Community. Payment by bank transfer in a 30 day deadline.
