REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

RENTAL OF FOUR (4) UNITS MOTOR VEHICLES FOR

Pag-IBIG TUGUEGARAO HUB

The Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) is inviting Suppliers to submit a proposal / quotation for the Rental of Four (4) Units Motor Vehicles for Pag-IBIG Fund, Tuguegarao Hub with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Four Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (P403, 200.00). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Interested suppliers may obtain further information from the Admin Procurement Unit, Ground Flr., Editha Tuddao Bldg., Tuguegarao City starting JANUARY 25, 2020.

A copy of Request for quotation may be issued to interested suppliers by the Admin. Procurement Unit, Tuguegarao Branch starting JANUARY 25, 2020.

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).

Request for Quotation must be delivered on or before JANUARY 28, 2020 at the Admin. Section, Tuguegarao Branch not later than 3:00 PM. Late proposals shall not be accepted.

Opening of proposals shall be held on JANUARY 28, 2020 at 3:00 PM, Pag-IBIG Fund Tuguegarao Branch Office, Admin. Section, 1st Floor, Tuddao Bldg., Balzain Road, Tuguegarao City. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the bidder-s or their authorized representatives.

The HDMF reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, to annul the negotiation process, and to reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected supplier.
