Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the rental of equipment with a driver and the provision of transport services for the implementation of the Guszyca Commune's own tasks. The task will be carried out by: - ​​a backhoe loader with a 4x4 drive, - a self-dumping vehicle (dump truck) with a 4x4 drive with a load capacity min. 8 tons, - in a self-dumping vehicle (tipper) with a 6x4 drive with a capacity of min. 14 tons, - in a self-dumping vehicle (tipper) with an 8x4 drive with a capacity of min. 17 tons, - a self-dumping vehicle with a total permissible weight of up to 3.5 tons, - a rotary mower, - flail mower. Work with the equipment indicated above will include, among others, repair/construction of dirt roads, earthworks, drainage works, as well as transport services as part of emergency works.2. The contractor has the equipment transport necessary for the execution of the subject of the order, approved for traffic (current technical tests) and insured in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.3. The Contractor shall provide the necessary transport equipment to operate execution of the subject of the order by employees - at least 3 people - having the required legal regulations...
