Rental, delivery, installation, connection, installation service, training, maintenance and removal of a temporary solution including a 1.5 Tesla MRI and its functional premises, on the RHNe site in Pourtalès. The Neuchâtel Hospital Network (RHNe) is putting into competition the temporary rental of a solution complete magnetic resonance imaging for the Pourtalès site. The service includes the 1.5 Tesla MRI equipment, its modular or mobile envelope, the premises and accessories necessary for the activity, delivery, installation, connections under the responsibility of the successful bidder, commissioning, IT integration, training, maintenance, support, then dismantling and removal at the end of the contract. The contract is a contract for supplies and related services, passed in open procedure and subject to international agreements. It is a single beneficiary and not an allotment. The inseparable responsibility for the IRM, the module, transport, installation, integration, maintenance and removal justifies the attribution to a sole successful bidder. The initial operating period is twelve months from provisional acceptance. The RHNe may expressly extend the contract, in one or more periods, up to a maximum total operating period of twenty-four months. THE price of extensions and notice terms are indicated in the offer.
