A brief description of the procurement: The contracting authority does not divide the procurement into part because the object of the contract is functionally working together or the computers needed to achieve the same objective. The tender must be submitted under the terms and conditions set out in the source documents of the public procurement. The object of the contract is the rental of computers that meet the conditions in the "technical description" of 48 (forty-eight) months with transportation and warranty services. The contract is concluded with one successful tenderer. Tenders are evaluated on the basis of the most favorable tender. In the case of equal evaluation results, the contracting authority prefers the tenderer who submitted the tender in the public procurement register by date and time first. The contracting authority has the right to reject the tenders pursuant to the provisions of § 115 and 116 of the RHS. All tenders are confidential.
