Rental of communication equipment - Hiring of a Company that provides Audiovisual Equipment Rental services in San Pedro Sula (EXPOCENTRO), August 13 and 14, 2026 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm is requested. includes: 6 x 3 meter modular P3 LED screen, installed in a “45 degree” configuration, intended to cover the rear wall of the 3 x 3 meter stand, according to the attached reference images. The solution must provide a high quality display, suitable for playback of multimedia content, presentations and immersive experiences during the event. The screen must include, at a minimum: • Support truss structure for safe mounting of the screen. • Video processor compatible with the installed configuration. • Required power supplies and electrical distribution systems. • Electrical connections, signal and energy wiring. • All accessories and components necessary for its correct installation, configuration and operation. Likewise, the provider must provide specialized technical personnel for the assembly, operation (if required) and disassembly of the screen during the event.
