Rental of collection vehicles for various Midwaste members Description: Request for quotation Tender with a European public procedure for the hiring of (Collection) vehicles to Midwaste members 20262030. Midwaste acts as the Contracting Authority. The Midwaste members are the Clients. Clients Dar NV, Kanaalstraat 401, 6541 XK Nijmegen Joint arrangement Cure, Achtseweg Noord 45, 5651 GG Eindhoven Purpose of the tender The purpose of the Tender is to obtain a maximum of three (3) contract parties per plot to conclude a framework agreement for the hiring of various (collection) vehicles for waste collection. The framework agreement has a term of two (2) years with an option to extend one (2) times two (2) years. The effective date of the framework agreements is intended to be completed on September 1, 2026. Ranking determines the right to delivery. When a need for a rental vehicle is required, the request is first submitted to the contracting party that has the highest ranking. If this party has the requested cannot deliver the vehicle, the Client is entitled to submit the request to the number two in ranking, insofar as this is in the ranking. If this number two cannot deliver the requested vehicle, the Client is entitled to to ask the number three, insofar as this number three is in the ranking. If none of the contracting parties can deliver a vehicle, the Client is entitled to submit the request to any third party. Forecast It Determining a purchase forecast is difficult, as a significant part of the hiring requirement arises from unforeseen and ad hoc situations, such as the breakdown of vehicles at the client. Such circumstances are not or only possible in advance predictable to a limited extent. Based on an analysis of historical data, it appears that the rear loader, side loader, box truck and hook lift crane in particular are hired most often.
