Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the short and long-term rental of vehicles in accordance with Appendix 1, as well as the related services listed in the request for tenders in the Lapland welfare area.

Renting a car is used for business trips and other short-term needs. Currently the cost of rental carsyou are estimated at €160, 000 per year. The rentals are mainly for 1-2 day business trips. In addition, the sub-area includes rentals in other parts of Finland and rentals in the so-called with mini-leasing for a longer period.

The contract does not include a quantity purchase obligation. Drivingadvice rental services are procured as needed.

1. Rovaniemi

Rovaniemi hosts a large part of the Lapland welfare region's administration and support services, so Rovaniemi will probably have the largest rental volume. Because most of the cars in the Lapland welfare area are serviced by RovaniIn addition to the cars used on business trips, Rovaniemi will also rent a large part of all replacement cars in Lapland.
