"Rental of a brand new jointless sweeper" The subject of the proceedings is the rental of a brand new, jointless sweeper. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party, hereinafter also referred to as the "Tenant", requires that: the offered vehicle met the minimum standard of the European Exhaust Emission Standard EURO 6. Subject to the point below, the selected Contractor will be obliged to deliver the offered sweeper at the Contractor's expense (without separate remuneration in this respect) at the headquarters of the Ordering Party, i.e. in 32-600 Oświęcim, ul. Bema 12A, no later than the day before the first day of rental. Subject to the point below, the rented sweeper will be returned to the selected Contractor at the Contractor's expense (without any separate remuneration for this) in the Tenant's registered office in 32 - 600 Oświęcim, ul. Bema 12A on the first business day after the last day of rental. On the day of handing over the rented sweeper to the Ordering Party, the selected Contractor will conduct training for designated employees without separate remuneration The Ordering Party (up to 4 people) in the scope of operation and maintenance of the sweeper and the devices installed in it. Along with handing over the leased item to the Ordering Party, the selected Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with operating instructions in Polish and proof registration certificate, proof of insurance, safety certificates and declarations (if applicable) and at least one set of keys, as well as: a first aid kit, a triangle and a fire extinguisher, one each.
