Description : 1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Veruela, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 1, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PRental Of Audio System, Stage Lighting System, Led Wall Display System, Multimedia Services, Band Set Rental, Mega Tent Rental And Stage Set-Up. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Veruela now invites bids for the Provision of Rental Of Audio System, Stage Lighting System, Led Wall Display System, Multimedia Services, Band Set Rental, Mega Tent Rental And Stage Set-Up. Delivery of the Goods is required within 5 days from the event date. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
