Scope of Works:
I. Supply two (2) units of heavy-duty Multi-Function Paper Copiers in accordance with the minimum technical specifications stated below
A. Provide two (2) heavy-duty units (brand new, reconditioned, or both) meeting the following certification standards:
Manufacturing Date: Manufactured from 2021 onwards (for reconditioned units), and 2023 onwards for brand new units
Brand New Units: Requires a Manufacturer/Authorized Distributor certification stating units are new and unused.
Reconditioned Units: Requires certification stating units were restored to good working condition.
Disqualification Warning: Failure to explicitly state the manufacturing year and condition in the certification will result in outright disqualification of the offer.
