Rental and maintenance of reprography, scanning and digital printing systems -rental-maintenance (with or without purchase option) of printing systems, over a period of 60 months (5 years). All sites must be equipped either at the start of the market, either during the market, when the need arises (at the end of existing rental contracts or in the event of a new need). -deployment of equipment and the reprography system, including training of staff in the use of the devices, and device movements (addition, deletion and movement). -integration of the proposed material into the community information system (led by the Shared Information Systems Department). -resumption of the park at the end of the contract with certification of the reformatting of the hard drives of each of the machines owned by the communities. The materials are intended for the administrative services of the four entities concerned as well as the public schools of the City.
