Tender Details

-rental-maintenance (with or without purchase option) of printing systems, over a period of 60 months (5 years). All sites must be equipped either at the start of the market or during the market, as the need arises (at the end of the rental contracts existing or in the event of a new need). -deployment of equipment and the reprography system, including training of staff in the use of the devices, and the movements of the devices (addition, removal and movement). - hardware integration proposed in the community information system (led by the Shared Information Systems Department). -resumption of the fleet at the end of the contract with certification of the reformatting of the hard drives of each of the machines whose communities are owners. The materials are intended for the administrative services of the four entities concerned as well as the City's public schools.
