1. The subject of the order is the rental of an analyzer for automatic assessment of the ESR parameter directly from blood count samples taken using EDTA, together with the delivery of consumables and controls, in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1 hereto. specifications.2. Requirements regarding the subject of the lease: a) The Contractor will bear all costs related to the maintenance of the subject of the lease (e.g. technical inspections in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, ongoing repairs and maintenance) during the duration of the contract. b) Requirements regarding the service: - service response time to a report of a failure:* telephone contact with the Ordering Party - no later than 24 hours from the time of notification, * service response (including remote commencement of repairs) will be undertaken by the Lessor no later than within 48 hours on business days from the date of notification (including e-mail).* in the event of a failure of the device that cannot be removed within 48 hours, the Contractor is obliged to provide a replacement device for the duration of the repair or cover the costs of tests performed by subcontractors using the same type of analyzer and transport costs. c) Costs of periodic inspections, service and maintenance of...
