Short description of the procurement: The framework of the framework contract is the rent of the seminar premises, along with catering in the center of Tallinn and Tartu, Rakvere, Narva, Jõhvi, Pärnu, Võru and Viljandi with validity from the conclusion of the contract until 30.06.2026 or until the expected maximum total cost of the framework contract depends on the condition. As a result of the public procurement, framework contracts with up to 4 providers will be concluded by parts of public procurement. The contracting authority also has the right to enter into a framework contract with less than 4 providers (minimum 1 provider).
