Request for proposals are invited for Rent the following Facilities and (2) Restaurants with Stores and Kitchens and Children's Garden/Park with Outdoor Cafeteria.

Insurance (QAR) 3% of RFP Value.

Bidding Fee (QAR) 500/-.

Last Date to Issue RFP 11th October 2018

DGC is keen to invite reputable companies to bidding for renting the mentioned facilities at Doha Golf Club venue.

Who should respond to this invitation?

Local and outside companies that have relevant experience and good reputation in the management of hotels, restaurants and cafeterias.

Ridding Process:

• Applicant's should register and submit their Expression of Interest letter, along with accompanying copy of valid Commercial Registration and Computer Card by email to the relevant email address listed in the table above.

• The Applicant/s should then pay the non-refundable bidding fee to below DGC Bank Account.

Upon receipt proof of payment of the bidding fee. the applicant will be issued a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Requests for RFP documents after 11th Oct 2018 will be rejected.

Technical and Commercial Offers should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes with two (2) copies each.

Site Visit will be done on (1, 2, 3, October. 2018) from 10 to 11am.
