The tenderer can submit a tender for all areas or to individual sub-areas. The procurement unit has decided to limit the maximum number of winning bids to two (2) sub-areas for which the bidder can be selected. If the bidder is the cheapest in more than two areas, the bidder will be selected based on the given offer prices, the two areas with the highest comparative value. For sub-areas with a lower comparative price, for which a bidder could not be selected due to a restriction, the next cheapest bidder will be selected. that one site can include several heat distribution rooms or heat packages.
