1. Subject of the order Task name: Renovation works for expedition equipment - packing line no. 4 - renovation WTA 2027. Location: Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy, expedition department, Holcim Polska. Detailed scope of work: The subject of the inquiry is comprehensive performance of mechanical renovation and maintenance works on the expedition node, including in particular: Mechanical works on the Niagara vibrating screen (543 Sb01): disassembly and assembly of covers, covers, bearing inspections and replacement rubber connectors. Service work on the Haver Boecker packing machine (543 Pm06) and the Radimat device (543 Bf07). Comprehensive renovation of screw conveyors with a diameter of 315 and 630 (including 543 Sc16 and 503 Sc10 to Sc14): cleaning of shafts and trough from cement build-up, disassembly and assembly of shafts, inspections and replacement of bearings and journals. Inspections of belt conveyors (unloading 543 Bc09, bag cleaning stations 543 Bc10, intermediate 543 Bc11 and Bc13) and the telescopic separation conveyor (543 Bv14).Service work on the foiling machine (foliomat), including regeneration of mechanisms and replacement of linear bearings of the welding machine.
