1. Subject of the order Task name: Renovation works for expedition equipment - packing machine line No. 2 - renovation WTA 2027. Location: Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy, expedition department, Holcim Polska S.A. Detailed scope of work: The subject of the inquiry is comprehensive performance of mechanical renovation and maintenance works on the expedition node, including in particular: Mechanical works on the Niagara vibrating screen (523 SB01): disassembly and assembly of covers, covers, bearing inspections and replacement rubber connectors. Service work on the Haver Boecker packing machine (523 PM06) and the Radimat device (523 BF07). Comprehensive renovation of the screw conveyor (523 SC15): cleaning the inside of the trough from cement build-ups over a length of approximately 89 meters, inspections and replacement bearings and journals, making covers and welding works. Inspections of belt conveyors (unloading, intermediate, bag directing), roller conveyors and bag chutes. A detailed list of operations, devices and required man-hours can be found is included in Annex 2.2. Conditions of implementation Work completion date: December 2026 (duration of technological shutdown: 21 days).⚡ Special occupational health and safety requirements and work zones: The works will be carried out in industrial conditions, including in the vicinity of machines in traffic (packing machines, sifters) and in dusty zones.
