1. Subject of the order Task name: Renovation works for the equipment of the Technological Line of the Cement Mill No. 2 (KUJ-426) - renovation of WTA 2027. Location: Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy, Department / Technological Line of the Cement Mill, Holcim Poland. Detailed scope works: The subject of the inquiry is the comprehensive performance of mechanical renovation and maintenance works on the line of the Cement Mill No. 2, including in particular: Mechanical and welding works at the Cement Mill (KUJ 426 MB10): disassembly and assembly of manholes I and II chamber, surfacing of the side walls of the hopper trough and regeneration of the inlet sleeve by surfacing. Renovation works on bucket elevators and conveyors: inspection and maintenance of the bearings of the drive and tensioning stations, regeneration of buckets (preparation and welding in places of cracks) and work on scraper and screw conveyors. Service of dosing systems: GRAVIT 1000 clinker scale (426 WF01) and GRAVIT 1400 gypsum scale (426 WF02) - inspection and maintenance of bearings, cleaning of drums drive, return and stations from cement build-up and cleaning of transport rollers. Inspection and maintenance of accompanying equipment: aeration chutes, separator (426 SP27) and metal parts sifter (426 QM21). Detailed list of operations, equipment and required man-hours are included in Annex 2.2.
