1. Subject of the order Task name: Renovation works for the equipment of the Technological Line of the Cement Mill No. 1 (KUJ-416) - renovation of WTA 2027. Location: Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy, Department / Technological Line of the Cement Mill, Holcim Poland. Detailed scope works: The subject of the inquiry is the comprehensive performance of mechanical renovation, maintenance and welding works on the line of the Cement Mill No. 1. According to the attached documentation, the works include in particular: Mechanical and repair works on the main body of Cement Mill 1 (area 416): inspections of drive systems, disassembly and assembly of chamber hatches, verification of the condition of linings and possible welding/surfacing works within the hopper and sleeves. Renovation works on transport lines: lifts bucket conveyors, scraper, belt and screw conveyors - inspection and replacement of bearings of drive/tensioning stations, verification of tensions, regeneration or replacement of damaged load-bearing elements (buckets, chains). Service and cleaning of dosing systems (clinker and additives weights): cleaning of accretions, verification of rollers, drums and bearings. Inspections of auxiliary equipment, dust removal systems, separator and aeration gutters belonging to the MC1 system.
