1. Subject of the Order Task name: Renovation works for equipment of the KUJ-446/448 technological line of Cement Mill No. 4 (VCM4) - Renovation of WTA 2027. Location: Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy, Holcim Polska S.A. Detailed scope of work: The subject of the inquiry is comprehensive performance of mechanical renovation and maintenance works at the Cement Mill No. 4 (VCM4) node, including in particular: Main works at the vertical Cement Mill No. 4 (446 MV71), including disassembly and assembly of the grinding roller assembly, replacement of roller tires and related hydraulic and locksmith works. Inspections, repairs and replacements of pouring elements on the conveyor chain (446 BE89, 446 CU92, 446 CU16, 446 FV87, 446 CU45). Comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the AUMUND bucket conveyor (402 BEE1) and bucket conveyor (448 BE58). Mechanical service of clinker scale (446 WF03) and B-800 belt conveyor (446 BC07). Technical inspection of dosing scales (446 WF21, 446 WF22, etc.) and ash tank (446 MX20). Detailed list of operations and devices and required man-hours are included in Annex 2.2.
