1. Subject of the Order Task name: Renovation works for equipment of the KUJ-436 technological line of Cement Mill No. 3 - Renovation of WTA 2027. Location: Kujawy Cement Plant in Bielawy, Holcim Polska S.A. Detailed scope of work: The subject of the inquiry is a comprehensive carrying out renovation and maintenance works at the Cement Mill No. 3 junction, including: Renovation and inspection of the Cement Mill (436 MB10), including regeneration of the inlet sleeve and work on manholes. Mechanical work on aeration gutters (436 AS19), bucket conveyors (436 BE20), scraper conveyors (436 DG05) and belt conveyors (436 BC28). Inspection and replacement of bag filter elements (436 DC41) and separator (436 SP27). Service work on clinker, plaster and stone scales (replacement of belts, repair of hoppers hoppers). Renovation of the slag tank (436 HOB1). A detailed list of works divided into man-hours and material requirements is provided in Annex No. 2.2. Conditions of Implementation Work completion date: December 2026 (duration of shutdown technological: 14 days).⚡ Special occupational health and safety requirements and Work Zone: The work performed includes activities in high-risk spaces (work at heights, confined spaces inside the mill and separator, dusty zones).
