Location: Cement plant Kujawy in Bielawy, Expedition Department, Holcim Polska. Detailed scope of work: The subject of the inquiry is the comprehensive performance of mechanical renovation and maintenance works for the expedition equipment complex, including in particular: Work on the assembly transport devices for truck scale terminals (1, 2, 3, 4) and wagon scales, including for the loading sleeve (e.g. 571 LS14): replacement of the loading sleeve, holding belts, lifting cable and cone mounting pins. Replacement of sleeve winches loading chambers and modernization of their base. Mechanical works on vibrating screens (e.g. 574 SB08): inspections and replacement of rubber connectors of the screen. Maintenance works on silo aeration systems (group 501, common for all extraction lines from silos 1-10): disassembly and assembly of dampers (e.g. F150) for inspection and maintenance and inspection of clutch clearances in the actuator-throttle system. Note: The works defined as "Common to cement silos 1-10" are intended for to be performed on days off (Saturday, Sunday).
