Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are renovation works in building no. 2 Gbokie.2. The contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with applicable technical and construction regulations, with the material scope specified in the technical documentation (project), specifications technical execution and acceptance of construction works (hereinafter referred to as STWiORB), decisions, opinions, arrangements and Specification of Conditions of Order (hereinafter referred to as SWZ), draft contract, constituting the documentation of the execution of the subject of the contract.3. The contractor is obliged to: keeping a correspondence journal used to record the progress of the works and circumstances occurring during the execution of the works. Entries in the Correspondence Journal should be made on an ongoing basis and chronologically. Entries in the journal may be made by designated persons by the contractor and the supervision inspector appointed by the ordering party.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in: 1) Appendix No. 1, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works; 2) Appendix No. 2, bill of quantities. 3) Appendix No. 3 draft contract
