Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are construction works called: Renovation works and removal of storm sewage failures for a period of 36 months.2. The basic scope of works includes in particular: a) earthworks, demolition and surface works, b) assembly, renovation and repairing failures on pipelines and elements of the stormwater network, c) cleaning elements of the stormwater sewage network. A detailed description of the subject of the order and Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR) are included in Appendix No. 9 and 10 to the SWZ, respectively. 3. The conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 7 to SWZ.4. The Ordering Party requires particular caution when carrying out work, in particular the provision of appropriate protection and shields, keeping the construction site in good order, organizing construction works in a way that does not endanger people using properties adjacent to the scope of the task. Due to the above, the Contractor must include the costs of securing the performance of the works in the offer price. This cost should be included in indirect costs. 5.
