Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the any Interior works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be ten (10) years.The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 20 (twenty) Crore each of 2 (two) Contracts of Similar works and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Organization. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (a) In case of the work done under PWD, Certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned minimum Executive Engineer, (b) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.The required average annual construction turnover is minimum TK 20 (twenty) Crore within last 05 (five) years. Payment certificates of last 5 (five) years have to be submitted.The tenderer provides all certificates and necessary papers to be submitted in respective forms as mentioned in the tender document.The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of Tk.20 Crore.
