Renovation work on housing in the BERLIOZ university residence
Published on: 2026-03-25 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-04-17 Subject: This consultation relates to the renovation work on student accommodation located at the Berlioz university residence managed by the Crous de Reims. THE holder will have to take care of the removal services, interior cladding, interior carpentry, furniture fittings. He will also have to carry out electrical operations in university accommodation. Renovation work will cover at least 24 housing units. The construction site will take place on an occupied site at the residence level, while the accommodation concerned will be unoccupied for the duration of the work. Detailed description of the services and their specifications techniques is made in chapter no. 3 of this specific clauses book (CCP). The services include actions to reduce the production and/or dangerousness of waste and those to put into recycling channels (and/or other forms recovery and/or elimination), including logistics on site and towards said sectors, in compliance with regulations. It is expressly stipulated that these descriptions and indications are not exhaustive. Therefore, entrepreneurs will have to provide all the works, of their specialty, necessary for the perfect performance of the services, even if they have been omitted in the various documents of this contract, and this, without supplement to the price...
