Purpose of the work: renovation work of the flat roof of building B of the Ipet of Nivelles. The roof of building B of the Ipet of Nivelles has many infiltration problems. The purpose of this company is the work, supplies, transport, labor and all means of execution relating to the renovation of the flat roof of building B of the Ipet of Nivelles. The total area of the roof is around 1, 500 m2. The coverExisting is made of weighted PVC, placed on an "frigolite" type insulation of 8 cm thick with a ribbed reinforced concrete structure. The works consist mainly in: - dismantling and evacuating the different layers of sealing, insulation; - Disassembly and evacuationTechnical extraction facilities that are out of use; - the installation of a slope concrete, a PIR insulation and a bi-layer bi-layer; - the implementation of the sealing of acroters, technical equipment, sheds, …. ; - the implementation of connections toRainwater descents, etc. ; - the rehabilitation of the lightning rod installation; - All subjugations linked to the renovation of said flat roof.
