Tender Details

Renovation work on the boiler room of the Pieux swimming pool. This work will take place at the same time as a restructuring operation, which is in progress and planned until February 2027. The contract runs from the service order, for a duration execution including 2 months of site preparation and 1 month of work execution, followed by a one-year phase of monitoring, maintenance and optimization services after receipt of the work. The estimated start date of the services is set for November 2, 2026 (preparation of the work). The contract is broken down into phases, which correspond to intermediate stages of completion of the service: - phase no. 1: Site preparation including execution studies and supplies of materials; - phase no 2: Works; - phase no 3: Monitoring, maintenance and optimization of settings during the 1st year; Free variations are prohibited
