Lot n2: landscaping the works include: -realization of a watering -plantations of trees andof plants-installation of terracotta pots-warranty and maintenance the precise description of the need is given in the particular technical clauses (cctp). Main features : this is a consultation passed in application of the provisions of article 1 of article r. 2123-1 of the code of the public order.la present consultation is allotie: lot 1: vrd and surface improvementslot 2: landscapingposters can submit an offer for one orseveral lots.the buyer plans to negotiate with the candidates. The negotiation can relate to all the elements of the offer. The unsuitable offers within the meaning of the article r. 2152-4 of the code of the public order will be eliminated. On the other hand, bids irregular or unacceptable within the meaning of articles r2152-2 and r2152-3 of the code of the public order will be admitted to the negotiation, provided not to be abnormally low. The purchaser however reserves the right to to attribute the marche based on initial offers without conducting negotiations.
