Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the renovation of the western courtyard along with the renovation of the garage building on the premises of the District Court in Warsaw at al. Solidarnoci 127 in Warsaw.2. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the description of the subject of the order Appendix No. 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the attachments to the description of the subject of the order, which is: design documentation for the renovation in question (land development design, bill of quantities, STWiORB), Decision of the Capital Conservator of Monuments No. KZ-IAU.4120.993.2025.MDY of January 12, 2026, Decision of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw Warszawy No. 43/WOL/PB/2026 of April 28, 2026 on the construction permit and in accordance with the provisions of the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the supplementary assumptions and the Ordering Party's guidelines.3. The subject of the order will be completed within 8 months from the date of signing the contract.
