The construction site is located in the city of Lohja, in the district of Virkkala. Current in the area water pipes and sewers were mainly built in the 1960s and 1970s. In connection with the renovation of the water supply, the structural layers of the streets will be renewed from their current width and their height will be kept as they are now. Drainage of the streets will be managed by construction with pressures, storm water network and partly with existing ditches. The construction roads that form an extension of Karhuntie, Omenakuja and Puutarhakuji will be landscaped after the work is finished and traffic will be blocked. the construction of water supply lines with their associated materials, structures and auxiliary functions and measurement works in accordance with the construction reports and drawings. No machine control model is available for the item. Autocad files are delivered to the chosen one to the contractor. The area is an old residential area and the available work space is limited. The character of the current area is to be preserved. The contractor must take this into account in work planning and e.g. in choosing the size of the machinery for the destination. It is very important at work to cooperate with real estate in connection with temporary traffic arrangements.
