4.1. The subject of the order are construction works under the task titled: Renovation of the water reservoir in Agiewniki. The scope of works includes in particular: - removal of trees and bushes to provide access to the reservoir (NOTE: wood from felled trees is the property of the Ordering Party and remains at its disposal) - cleaning the bottom of the reservoir by desilting the layer up to 40 cm, - repairing the slopes restoring their original shape and parameters, - strengthening the reservoir slopes /installing a fascine/ on the north and eastern due to the possibility of the slope sliding / close to the road / - sowing with a grass mixture. - removal of trunks of former trees overgrowing the banks of the pond - construction of stairs secured with balustrades. The Contractor's tasks also include: - delivery and installation of an information board about dimensions 120x80 cm on a frame or posts made of stainless/powder-galvanized steel - a board informing about the co-financing of the task - delivery and installation of information signs No jumping into water and No swimming - preparation of as-built documentation - service surveying and conducting a post-construction surveying inventory4.3.
