1 The subject of the order is the general overhaul of 2 pieces of ZK-6P behind-the-line loaders, hereinafter referred to as the overhaul. 2 The renovation of the loader should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's technical documentation, which results from the content of Regulation 508 of the Minister Energy of November 23, 2016 on detailed requirements regarding the operation of underground mining plants. An extract from the technical and operational documentation of the loader is Annex No. 1 to the contract template.3 As part of the renovation, the Contractor will ensure: 1) collection of the loader being the subject of renovation from the Ordering Party's premises, the warehouse of the Wieliczka Salt Mine S.A., 32020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1, its transport to the place of renovation and its delivery to the Ordering Party after the renovation within 7.00 a.m. 1.00 p.m. on working days (Monday to Friday), 2) purchase and delivery of materials and spare parts included in the list of spare parts for the loader included in its technical and operational documentation or equivalent, with an appropriate certificate of conformity, necessary for the proper performance of the renovation, 3) performing all services necessary for the proper performance of the renovation...
