Renovation of two office bathrooms with the purchase of materials, Dnipro Address: Dnipro, 45 Laboratorna St. Completion period: 2 weeks for one bathroom. Exceeding the deadline — a fine. Area of ​​premises according to the technical passport: 2.4m2 and 2.5m2 Concise list of works Dismantling works: dismantling of floor and wall tiles, GKL partition, Armstrong suspended ceiling, plumbing equipment (washbasin, toilet, water and sewer pipes) and shutters and doors with preservation. Walls and structures: installation of GKL partition, tiling of walls, leveling of GKL slopes, puttying and tiling of slopes. Ceiling: installation of suspended ceiling. Floor: priming, installation of tiles, installation of boot. Ventilation: installation of exhaust hole. Electrical installation works: installation of LED lamps and outlets. Plumbing works: installation of water supply and sewage points, installations, toilets, wash basins, siphons, mixers - without purchase of plumbing equipment (toilet, installation, wash basin, mixer - 2 pcs each) Other works: installation of equipment for personal hygiene (suspended dispensers for soap and towels, holders for toilet paper, dispensers for antiseptics, garbage cans, brushes - without purchase), installation of mirrors (without purchase), cleaning of garbage in bags, removal of garbage, installation of preserved curtains and doors, cleaning after finishing work. Important! All works mentioned above must be performed by the selected Turnkey Contractor.
