The Tendered shall have specific experience in Newly Constriction or Renovation Building of in any Govt. or Semi-Govt. organization or similar works At least 01 no-s contract successfully completed to similar nature of Govt. or Semi-Govt. Organization within last 05 years each with a value of at least 15, 00, 000.00 (Fifteen Lakh) taka and certification of successfully Completion.3. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk [20, 00, 000.00 (Twenty Lakh taka)] over the best 03 years in the last 05 years4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15, 00, 000.00 (Fifteen lakh).5. The minimum capacity shall be 15, 00, 000.00 (Fifteen lakh) taka.6.
