The city of Riihimäki (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Unit" or the "Client") requests bids for the renovation of the health center's liquid cooling stations in accordance with this request for bids and its attachments. More accurate the schedule is agreed between the Customer and the selected Contractor before the start of the contract period. However, the renovation of the liquid cooling station will proceed in stages so that the work will be completed before October 2026. The contract includes an option period for the renovation of the Health Center. If the Customer decides to implement the option, the contract included in the option period must take place between 01.04.2027 and 30.06.2027. The Customer decides independently about the implementation of the option period. The subscriber shall notify the commissioning of the option period two (2) months before the planned start date of the option period. The procurement falls below the national thresholds set in the Procurement Act (1397/2016), i.e. it is a small procurement, the procurement guidelines of the city of Riihimäki are applied to the bidding process. Not applicable for procurement Procurement Act. The procurement procedure is an open procedure and one (1) contractor is selected for the contract based on the tender. In this procurement, the lowest price is used as the basis for the overall economic advantage, and the contractor with the lowest price is selected offered by a supplier meeting the minimum requirements.
