An advance notice of the procurement has been published on April 24, 2026 due to the challenging tender calculation time. Bidders should prepare to give upon the customer's request and in unclear matters, additional clarification to the given offer immediately after the end of the offer submission period. The comparison of offers and the selection of a contractor will be carried out within a few days after the deadline for submission of offers in order to obtain the purchase for the administrative decision-making of the ordering organization in time. Tapiola's church apartments were initially designed for residential use. Architect Aarno Ruusuvuori acted as the designer. In the renovation of apartment buildings, the purpose is to carry out e.g. the following works: implementation of drainage, renewal of storm water systems, updating of building technical systems to the present day, repair of damaged wooden and insulating structures, repair of interior surfaces and fixed furniture, repair of water roofs and small-scale functional changes in the interior. The renovation work is planned to start in the fall of 2026. The reception date is presented in the contract program. The building permit process for the project is running simultaneously with the tender for the contract. Admitted the construction permit decision is a prerequisite for the execution of the procurement and thus for the selection of a contractor.
