1. Renovation of the surface of communication routes in the military complex at ul. Lwowska 5 in Rzeszow.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in: 1) Description of the Subject of the Order, Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ;2) Bill of Quantities, Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ;3) STWiORB, Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ;3. Integral part The description of the subject of the order constitutes the draft provisions of the contract with annexes (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ).4. The contractor bears full responsibility for the construction site from the moment it takes over.5. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law requires employment under an employment contract by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons performing, throughout their duration, construction works in the scope of: 1) renovation of the asphalt surface;6. During the execution of the order, the Ordering Party is entitled to carry out inspection activities towards the Contractor regarding the fulfillment by him or by subcontractor of the employment requirement under the employment contract of persons performing the activities indicated above.
